Sheriff's Merit Board members earn a pension and a 30k year salary to work ONE day a month.. The trade off is they have to destroy good cops and their families. 84% of Merit Board Terminations get overturned in a higher court..
Merit Board Member Vincent Winters, whose uncle, William Winters, is a higher-up in the sheriff’s office. Vincent Winters is an attorney for Operating Engineers Local 399. The union and an affiliate have donated $54,000 to Dart’s political campaigns since 1995, state records show. Vincent Winters, appointed by Dart to the merit board in 2011.
Time for local 399 union members to demand their hard earned dues are not allocated to Anti-Police Politicians or Causes..
