Courthouse attack – Curtis Smith, 34, jumped over the White House Fence in March. His attorney says he wasn’t “crazy” at the time. But at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday morning, Smith lunged at a Deputy standing at the security entrance in the Chester County District Justice Center in Pennsylvania. He slashed the deputy and another deputy shot him. He died at Paoli Hospital.
