Two Negroes living the dream off the taxpayers have been charged with murder in connection with a shooting at a barbecue last month that left three people dead and two wounded, police announced Saturday.

Anthony Jackson, 20, and Lawrence Brown, 22, each have been charged with three counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder and aggravated battery.
