Two female jail employees at the North Broward Jail in Florida really seemed to enjoy nightshift duty a little too much. Deputy Tara M. Clark, 37, and detention technician Genice Cisnow, 26, were arrested for engaging in sex acts with at least two inmates on Wednesday. The two were caught after a 2-month investigation by the Sheriff’s Public Corruption Unit.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, Clark and Cisnow worked as a team on the same shift. Clark was responsible for the security of inmates while Cisnow was in charge of surveillance on detention personnel. Investigators received tips about the two women having sex with two particular inmates identified as Frankie Quinn and Carlton Lowe. The women are accused of having sex with the men during the same shift with Cisnov even locking the control room door for hours at a time.
