Partial Lockdown: Burbank California Police Station after white powder was sent there

A letter with a white powder inside has prompted the partial lockdown of Burbank police headquarters at 200 N. Third St.

A fire department hazmat team is investigating, Burbank police Sgt. Claudio Losacco says.
