Another one of Sheriff Tom Dart's DANGEROUS "HOME RELEASE" INMATES attacks woman with a hammer after tearing off his electronic monitoring bracelet

Just months ago,Tom Dart released Michael A. Woelfel despite being charged with kidnapping and aggravated domestic battery, placing him on house arrest .. Just yesterday Woelfel cut off his E.M bracelet and attacked his ex fiancé with a hammer in her Orland Park home..
