Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart's Correctional Officers Call-In a BLUE FLU - Resulting in the inmates rioting

 Riot at the Cook County Jail..  

Sheriff Dart refuses to put the jail on lockdown after another massive blue flu call-in, resulting in a riot that left at least 5 inmates hospitalized. Despite cutting the inmate population in half in recent years, Dart has lost complete control of his jail according to numerous sources. The inmates run the jail and the fetal guards do not intervene during attacks.  Just last month one inmate from the 'Savagelife' gang refused to get on the first court transport bus and was allowed to dictate what bus he went on.  He then attacked another inmate on the second bus, beating him unconscious. Sources say the inmates who break the rules have zero privileges taken away and the jail is in complete anarchy.
