Cops have released video of a man wanted for questioning in the racially charged pummeling of a train commuter.

"Cracka, you don't belong here," the assailant, who is black, told the white straphanger.

The 44-year-old victim, Randy Aveille, said he and his fiancée got off the Q train at the Church Ave. station in Flatbush, when the man suckerpunched him.
