 One of the murder suspects that took part in the beating death of an elderly white man and devised a plan to 'dump' his body may qualify for Sheriff Tom Dart's Electronic program says Cook County Judge Donald Panarese Jr.

Shatrara Lehman devised a plan to get rid of Silverstein's body, Salas-Wail said. The group cleaned up Silverstein's blood with water and bleach and washed the frying pan, prosecutors said. They removed Silverstein's clothes and tried to wash his body before placing him in a makeshift body bag made of two garbage bags taped together, Salas-Wail added. Shawndre Lehman then dumped Silverstein's body in a nearby dumpster, while Robinson and Bearden acted as lookouts, prosecutors said.

Shatrara Lehman, of the 3000 block of North Gresham Avenue, was charged with concealing a homicide. Cook County Judge Donald Panarese Jr. on Feb. 18 said Lehman could be released on her own recognizance if she qualifies for the Cook County Sheriff's Office's electronic monitoring program. If not, she'll be responsible for $300,000 bail, the judge ordered.

Court filings indicate before the murder, Mayo was placed on Electronic Monitoring by the Sheriff. The Sheriff also failed to issue Mayo with numerous orders of protections, in what Dart's office called 'clerical'  errors.  Despite the subject being on E.M. the Sheriff could not locate him to serve the papers. Now the feds are threatening to cut funding to Cook County over its sanctuary policy. Cook County Sheriff's office is the worst violator according to U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
