Evanston IL Police: Up to 30 feral Negroes brawl outside Evanston restaurant, send 'bottles and chairs flying around'

Three feral Negroes from Section 8 Evanston residences face misdemeanor charges following a mob action incident outside a restaurant in downtown Evanston, police said.

Shawn Gallimore, 25, of the 1800 block of Grey Avenue, Demitrius R. Bogan, 20, of the 1900 block of Wesley Avenue, and Maliq D. Banks, 19, of the 1600 block of Pitner Avenue, were charged with misdemeanor mob action following a brawl involving dozens outside a cafe on the 1600 block of Orrington Avenue on May 22. Miguel Delgado, 31, of the 2100 block of Dewey Avenue, was charged with disobedience to police, an ordinance violation, for allegedly refusing to leave the area and attempting to get involved in the altercation, said Evanston police Cmdr. Joe Dugan.
