Vince Winters, a lawyer for local union 399 has donated $45,000 to Dart's campaign fund and is a rubber stamp on Dart's Merit Board. The Merit Board members get a pension and are paid 26,000/yr working ONE day a month. The trade off is they have to destroy the lives of many hard working officers.
