A woman in Calhoun County, Mississippi, has been arrested and charged with abusing an animal by having “unnatural intercourse” with her dog, reports reveal.
Officials were alerted to the abusive treatment of the dog when they came in possession of a series of photographs depicting 39-year-old Kimberly Coggin in various states of undress with her dog. Prosecutors said the photos also clearly show the woman having sexual contact with the animal.
Sheriff Greg Pollan said the photos were being sent through the community from phone to phone in text messages. Pollan said they determined that the photos were taken between August of 2014 and August of 2015.
