After grandson's murder, Davis seeks more funds in poor neighborhoods

In the wake of his 15-year-old grandson's murder, Democratic U.S. Rep. Danny Davis on Monday joined other African-American officials to call for a much bigger infusion of taxpayer cash into neighborhoods that have long struggled with poverty.
