Grace Chan gives her blessing when Kevin Cheng and Charmaine Sheh are neighbours

Actress Grace Chan (陳凱琳) wore sunglasses to attend the worshipping ceremony of TVB Anniversary Gala (萬千星輝賀台慶) and became the host for 4 consecutive years: "In fact, I am nervous every year and hope to perform better this year. Other than acting as host, a group of Miss Hong Kong will be singing and dancing. I will be practising dancing and hoping to have a brilliant performance on that night."
