'Model' Negro New Orleans Police Officer Marcellus White turns out to be a Homosexual serial predator who liked to rape young boys in the ass

A "model" New Orleans cop, celebrated by his community for his service, is being accused of new sex crimes involving young boys, two months after he was arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy, police said.

Officer Marcellus White, 46, was booked for 13 new sex crime charges Monday, adding to his alleged sexual predator rap sheet, the New Orleans Police Department said, according to the New Orleans Advocate.

A magistrate judge set his bail at more than $2 million.

"White resigned under investigation on Sept. 21," a New Orleans Police Department spokesman said.

Cops arrested White on Sept. 23 on several counts of second-degree rape, indecent behavior with a juvenile and molestation of a juvenile in connection with that alleged victim.

The 19-year police veteran confessed to sexually assaulting several boys over a 16-year span. He allegedly enticed his victims by posing as a karate instructor at an urban housing development and served as a mentor for his fraternity, Phi Beta Sigma, according to an arrest warrant, the Advocate reported.

Asked whether the New Orleans Police Department knew of White's checkered past, the spokesman declined to comment, citing that investigation is ongoing.

Records show that White serves as director of Kuro Bushi Kai Karate Do Kempo Temple International, Inc. in New Orleans.

Police allege that in 2000 White volunteered to drive an 11-year-old boy home. The boy was a member of both White's Iberville Scorpions Karate Academy and his Sigma Beta Club, which is part of his fraternity.

In that incident, White told the boy to show him his penis, and then he locked the doors in his unmarked vehicle when he noticed the boy trying to escape, police said, the warranted stated.

As White began touching the boy's genitals, he managed to flee the disturbing scene, police said.

White recalled that incident very clearly in an interview with the Public Integrity Bureau.

"I remember what happened in that situation," White said, according to the arrest warrant. "I asked to see it. He showed it to me. I reached over and I grabbed for it. He flinched. He felt uncomfortable. I didn't push the issue any further."

Other instances involve White molesting a 14-year-old boy in his living room, also a member of the Beta club, and the raping of a 10-year-old boy in the buttocks, police said.

White told officers he repeatedly raped the boy "maybe three or four times."
