Chicago cop Aldo Brown convicted of hitting and kicking store clerk in federal court

A Chicago Police officer was convicted Friday of using excessive force in a beating that was captured by a security camera at a South Side convenience store.

While jurors found Aldo Brown guilty of the assault against a former store clerk, they acquitted him on charges that he lied about the 2012 incident on police reports.
