Grandstanding Tom Dart ignores Judges court order to evict "sick" woman who is not even the legal tenant and appeared to obtain the lease fraudulently.  

Sheriff Tom Dart refuses judges order to evict life-time chain smoker "sick" woman from her apartment..  Turns out the so called sick woman is not even the legal tenant of the unit and appears to have obtained the unit under a fraudulent basis.The woman has caused numerous disturbances in the building where police have been called. Dart vows to fight the case to let her stay..
