Another Fat Ass Negro Sow - Barbara Killebrew - Selecting a Piece of Shit Man and Cops to take the fall....Eight members of the Milwaukee Police Department deserved discipline for taking too long to respond to a stabbing that resulted in a woman's death

Eight members of the Milwaukee Police Department deserved discipline for taking too long to respond to a stabbing that resulted in a woman's death last year, internal investigators concluded.
It took officers 22 minutes and three 911 calls to get to Barbara Killebrew's home in the 3800 block of N. 24th Place, newly released records show. By the time the first officer arrived, Killebrew was not breathing and didn't have a pulse.
Although the internal investigation is over, the Police Department would not provide details of whether anyone was suspended or for how long.
No one has been fired, according to a Milwaukee police spokesman, who said he could not release additional information without a formal records request.
That request is still pending. However, the Fire and Police Commission confirmed no one involved was suspended for five days or longer.
At the time of the stabbing, Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn vowed to improve scrutiny of response times.
"Everyone is responsible for striking the real-time balance of providing both proactive and reactive police service," he wrote in a departmentwide directive at the time. "Everyone will be held responsible for their decision making."
The department's response times came under public scrutiny again this summer when an 82-year-old woman was raped by a stranger after she got off a bus and waited three hours for Milwaukee police to respond. That case is under investigation by internal affairs.
