A man was shot to death and four others were wounded, including two 14-year-old teens, in separate shootings Sunday, and a man was stabbed on a CTA platform on the South Side, police said.
A 48-year-old man, identified as Craig Curry, was killed in a possible domestic-related shooting around 8 p.m. Sunday in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Police officers found the man with a gunshot wound to his head inside a residence in the 6800 block of South Loomis Boulevard, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a Chicago Police Department spokesman.
Curry, who resided at the same block where he was shot to death, was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:18 p.m., and police said the incident is possibly domestic-related.
