A suspect held following the murder of two Hattiesburg Police officers has died in jail.

Marvin Banks, 29, was charged with two counts of capital murder following the cold-blooded killing of officers Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate in May.

But Banks was found unresponsive in his cell at Forrest County Jail, Mississippi, Friday night and pronounced dead at a nearby hospital soon after, reported WDAM.
