• Michael has also been charged with assault and battery against his wife
• Property owner Jennifer Hoevers has been renting her rural Kansas City home to the couple and their family for a year and a half 
• 
  
• She entered the house following their arrests and found it was trashed
• Black mold was growing everywhere and there were cages full of rats 
• 
  
• Hoevers said there was fast food wrappers and rotting food strewn all over
• Human remains believed to be Adrian were found inside a barn on the family's property November 25
• 
  
• Six girls have been taken from the home and are now in protective custody
