Incompetent Sheriff Tom Dart hit with another massive lawsuit in which taxpayers could be on the hook for 600 million dollars... Numerous inmates who were found NOT guilty in court were mistakenly sent back to jail for as long as 2 months until they were released. One inmate was gang raped a week after he was suppose to be released.. The class action suit has 60,000 plaintiffs and is seeking 600 million in damages ..
