State Rep. Thinks Wife’s Permission Should Be Required to Take Viagra

As the mountains of intrusive regulations rise ever higher, it becomes ever more difficult for our rulers to come up with new aspects of our lives to control. A state lawmaker has resorted to demanding that men acquire their wive’s permission before taking Viagra:

The request for permission would come after the men have twice visited a doctor.

Kentucky Rep. Mary Lou Marzian, a democrat, told the Courier-Journal she has a very specific reason for the increased regulation.

“I want to protect these men from themselves.” said Marzian.

That’s what Big Government is for, after all.
