Police are cautioning residents of the Chinatown and Armour Square neighborhoods on the South Side after three robberies have been reported in the last two days.
According to an alert from Area Central detectives, the robberies occurred:
-about 8:35 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of West 23rd Street;
-about 8:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of West 28th Place;
-about 7:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of South Archer.

In each robbery, a man approached a victim and demanded their property, police said.
The man was described as Hispanic, between 20 and 30 years old, standing 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-9 and weighing 140 to 160 pounds, police said.
