Homosexual Pedophile Robert J. Weaver, 57, who authorities said had sexual contact with the young son of a family friend while he worked as a music teacher for Chicago Public Schools in the late 1990s

Nothing sweeter than a 8 year old boy's ass!

A Cook County judge Saturday set bail at $50,000 for a North Side man who authorities said had sexual contact with the young son of a family friend while he worked as a music teacher for Chicago Public Schools in the late 1990s.

Judge James Brown set the bail for Robert J. Weaver, 57, who appeared Saturday afternoon for a bond hearing at the Leighton Criminal Court Building.

In court, prosecutors said that Weaver was a friend of the male victim’s family. The incidents did not occur at any of the schools in which Weaver taught nor was Weaver the boy's teacher, officials said. “At no time was the defendant the victim's schoolteacher,” Assistant Cook County State's Attorney Bob Groebner told the court.

Weaver, of the 1300 block of North Wells Street in the Old Town neighborhood, was charged with one felony count of predatory criminal sexual assault for at least two incidents that prosecutors said took place between April 1998 and September 1999.

Wearing a blue fleece jacket and standing beside his private attorney, Weaver said nothing as prosecutors recounted the incidents that allegedly took place at Weaver’s former apartment near Roscoe Street and Elaine Place. In both instances, Weaver and the boy, who was 8 or 9 at the time, engaged in a sex act while Weaver played pornography on a television.
