Store Front Negro Pastor Lezel Holt (73) beaten like a bitch during a Chicago Home Invasion by fellow Negroes

A 73-year-old colored pastor was beaten with a handgun and seriously injured Saturday night in a home invasion in West Pullman, police and family members said.
When Lezel Holt opened the door at his home at the 12100 block of South Princeton Avenue around 8:41 p.m., he thought it was someone asking for a cigarette. Instead, he was severely beaten and his home was broken into, family members said.
"I freaked out," said Jeannette Holt, his wife, who does not live with him and heard the news from her grandson. "I wasn't expecting that."
The victim was hit multiple times in the face with a handgun and suffered swelling and lacerations to the head. He was also handcuffed. The unknown male attacker rummaged through Holt's residence before fleeing on foot. After the attacker left, Lezel Holt went to his neighbor's home for help and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center for treatment.
Jeanette Holt said her husband, a retired pastor, needs facial surgery, including to his eyes and nose.
"They wasn't looking for him to live," Jeanette Holt said. "They beat him so bad."
Jeanette Holt said friends and family have been calling all day asking about Lezel Holt's condition.
"I just want him to get better because he don't deserve that kind of beating," Jeanette Holt said. "Nobody does."
No one is in custody and detectives are investigating.
