A middle school coach at A.L. Holmes Middle School in Detroit is facing several charges after he allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with boys on his basketball team.
According to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, Detroit resident Antoine Lewis Jones, 28, requested inappropriate photos, texts and social media messages from six boys who were on the basketball team he coached at the middle school, which is located at 8950 Crane St., between November 2014 and March 2016.

The prosecutor's office also alleges Jones had inappropriate sexual contact with several of the players he was coaching, but additional details weren't released immediately.
Michelle Zdrodowski, Executive Director of Communications of Detroit Public Schools, said a parent of a student at the school notified the district and its police department of the allegations.
