Police say one person has been killed and three others wounded in a shooting inside a Negro Rap Concert venue in New York City, where hip-hop artist TI was scheduled to perform.

It happened around 10:15 p m on Wednesday at Irving Plaza, near Manhattan's Union Square.

Additional video shot inside the venue showed a chaotic scene as concertgoers rushed to the sides trying to leave the area as a group of people tended to a person on the floor.
