OAK LAWN IL - Drug Dealer Vincent Ozburn, 35, Nabbed With Fake Whizzinator Penis

OAK LAWN, IL -- The target of three controlled drug buys was found outfitted with a prosthetic penis and bag of synthetic urine when police arrested him during an appointment with his probation officer, prosecutors said.

Vincent Ozburn, 35, appeared before Cook County Judge Steven Rosenblum on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of defrauding a drug test. A violation of probation was also filed against Ozburn for another pending drug case.

The prosecutor said that Ozburn had been targeted in controlled drug buys arranged by Oak Lawn police with a confidential source. Ozburn was observed by police allegedly selling drugs to their source on three different occasions.

The informant arranged to meet Ozburn on July 29, July 30 and Aug. 1. During each buy, police watched Ozburn leave a residence in the 9700 block of South Karlov Avenue to meet the source outside the home, prosecutors said
