Reason # 27,492,427 why NOBODY wants the NEGRO Around! Lamar Ragland shot, killed during Black funeral procession; 2 others injured in Milwaukee, WI
A Milwaukee man who'd just left a funeral service for his grandfather was shot and killed Monday afternoon on the city's north side.
"He was right behind the hearse," said Fabian Hinkle, who identified the victim as his 23-year-old cousin, Lamar Ragland.

Two other men, ages 22 and 24, were also shot while taking part in the midday funeral procession on the 2200 block of West Keefe Avenue. Both are expected to survive.
Family members, already mourning the loss of their patriarch, 85-year-old George Ragland, were left stunned and trying to make sense of the slaying. They said the younger Ragland didn't live a life of crime and spent his time and talents fixing cars.
Lamar Ragland was especially proud of the work he'd done on the car he was in when he was shot, Hinkle said.

Neighbor Anita Johnson, who lives nearby, said she heard eight shots that were so loud she sent her kids diving to the floor.
"In the funeral line. That's really ridiculous. That's just outrageous," Johnson said. "People just don't care about people. They don't even care about themselves. If they did they wouldn't be running around shooting up people."
Police had no one in custody as of 4:30 p.m.
