Second Expressway Shooting of the Day as Negro Violence Explodes in Chicago - Person injured in second shooting on Eisenhower Expressway in 10 hours

A person was wounded in a shooting Friday morning on the Eisenhower Expressway, the second shooting on the West Side interstate in just about 10 hours.

Illinois State Police troopers were dispatched for reports of shots fired at 11:50 a.m. on westbound I-290 at Harlem, according to ISP. One person was wounded and was taken to a hospital, although details about the victim’s age, gender and condition were not immediately available.
