VIDEO: Indigenously Built Second Scorpene Submarine INS Khanderi Launch

India launched second of the Scorpene submarines on Thursday. We are among few countries in the world which produce conventional submarines. Six submarines are being built at MDL in collaboration with DCNS of France.
