Anthony M. Letizia, Age 32. At rest March 22, 2016. Anthony was a Chicago Police Officer with the 9th District, formerly with the 21st. District. Beloved husband of Sarah (nee Czoty). Loving father of Emme. Cherished son of Robert and Karen (nee Kozubek) Letizia. Loving grandson of Ted Kozubek. Fond brother of Kristie (Derek) DeRose. Loving uncle of Giuliana and Alivia. Memorial visitation Wednesday March 30th, 2016 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Thursday beginning at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. and then proceeding to St. Beatrice Church in Schiller Park for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will be private.
