FCC expands Lifeline to help the poor colored folks pay for Internet access - Good Internet Porn is a GOD given right!

The FCC basically voted to extend an already-existing phone-subsidy program called Lifeline to include Internet access.
The lack of broadband is a particularly problem for students who usually need Internet access to do homework, said FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, another member of the Democratic majority. She wrote the final rule with FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler.
A federal subsidy approved Thursday could lower the price of Internet to almost nothing for some low-income households.
But the Commission made no vote today and are preparing and researching for a future vote, which will have a lot of factors to weigh on such as "opt in" vs. "opt out". The FCC reported 41 percent of the program's six million-plus subscribers in 2012 failed to provide eligibility documentation, with many subscribers enrolling multiple times with falsified information to get a free cellphone along with the subsidy.
