Milwaukee Authorities refuse to arrest Escaped Convict from Chicago.. 

Numerous sources in the Sheriff's office claim Milwaukee Police Department gave Sheriff Tom Dart the "big middle finger" last week. Sources claim the Sheriff had specific intelligence that escapee Vivian McGee was on a bus heading to Milwaukee. The Sheriff's office contacted the Milwaukee Police who shockingly refused to send a car to arrest the wanted subject.. Suspect McGee who escaped Sheriff's custody is still at large.
