Sarah Song and Jason Chan hold their wedding banquet in Hong Kong

Sarah Song (宋熙年) and Jason Chan (陳智燊) were married in England in 19 September 2016 and held their wedding banquet in Hong Kong in December. On Instagram, they shared photo of Sarah wearing red evening gown and Jason smiling sweetly. Jason expressed that he wanted to have 4 children before and he is holding the little girl happily.

Sarah left a message: "We are entering into year 2017 after
